用 Camtasia Studio 录制出来的视频，如何保存为原画质？

我看到有些录像教程，录的好清晰，接近无损原画质，屏幕右下角闪烁的小图标就是用Camtasia Studio
后来我也去录制了，保存的时候选的avi，但是无法播放。。。
后来先存为Camtasia Studio自己的那个格式，再另存为avi,但是会变模糊。。。
所以有人知道如何录出原画质吗？

新版本不知道，老版本的话我遇到过类似的问题，Camtasia Studio找到源文件>用7z解压，得到一个用Cam自家编码格式编码的视频文件，然后压一下AVI就好了
