主要就是当落地 IP ，便宜稳定，流量没要求，2G/月甚至 1G 都够，配置也没要求，512 就行，美国的不缺，其他比如香港/日本/新加坡都行。

看了下 AWS Lightsail ，每月 3.5 刀，有点贵，还有便宜稳定的没，不行只能上车了。
