我也是 iphone 14 pro max 1TB ，更新前就时有发生，频率大概是每天几次。更新后明显感觉到变频繁了，一个小时可以遇到几次。触发条件通常是，切换 app 或手机竖屏转横屏。尝试重启也没有改善，打算照上面朋友说的重新刷手机，不过通过 itunes 刷机，手机照片什么的怎么保留呢？
