也可以在项目的 pyproject.toml 里加上
[tool.uv]
python-install-mirror = "https://gh-proxy.com/github.com/indygreg/python-build-standalone/releases/download"
新环境里使用 uv sync 的时候，就会自动从上面指定的地址里下载 python 了。
