这种情况应该存在，亲历过，一次是办公室跟同事一起下单，他的比我便宜 30，拿着两个订单找客服，他们客户经理打电话过来硬是讲不清楚怎么回事，一直说系统有个优惠会减价，我问是什么优惠以及我为什么没有优惠对方也说不上来，最后补偿了京豆；还有一次是更久以前，申请保价，感觉可能是当差价比较大的时候，系统立即自动调价(不知道是不是只有我看到的涨价了)，然后保价会失败，幸好当时截图了，还有价格跟踪工具记录的历史价格，联系客服发了截图和订单信息，最后还是赔付了，以后就养成了习惯，万一要申请保价先下一单，直接给前后两个订单号，不然可能就不给保价了
