这个要看招聘的整个团队配合，比如一面面试官考察对方的代码能力：会跟对方手撕代码；二面面试官考察综合素质：沟通协作能力，发展潜力等；三面可能 HR 还聊一聊薪资和职业发展等。
整体来说就是看对方跟自己公司岗位的契合度：能力是否契合，基本素质是否契合，薪资期望是否契合。
