1. 按照美国的假期，例如这这周和下周基本上不工作；中国的假期期间公司尽量不安排重活
2. 不固定，只要做好事情就行，工作时段完全自己安排；只有开会的时候需要按时出现
3. 中国这边社保是自己交的，可以找社保代理公司年付；是的
4. 主要通过 Slack、钉钉、微信、QQ （因为微信不能共享屏幕）、Wrike、Go To Meeting
