@seven777 在旧时代，产品研发根本没空听用户的反馈，更别说去逐个分析需求了，所以大多数反馈都是石沉大海的，甚至可能都没人看。

AI 时代极大提高生产力之后，且不说开发效率，至少在处理用户反馈上，是可以变成自动化的。而且 AI 分析需求能力比产品经理更强。

当然，每一个人、团队都有自己做产品的哲学。不可能用户想要什么就去做什么。AI 能帮助我们在用户反馈里提取有价值的信息，并且能快速开发上线，既提升了产品价值，用户也得到了正反馈。
