@pengdirect 欧洲的不需要地址证明(写资料的时候就不要选中国)，直接咸鱼或者某个地方找个转运地址就行。美国的需要 1583 公证，麻烦。

一样阵亡了，用大神卡绑定的支付。凌晨收到的封禁+退款邮件，下午重新提交申诉了，不知道能不能解。账号还有 GPT-4 的 API 权限，难受。
