要是比较在意国内访问体验，就国内服务器，如果想求稳定直接海外服务器加上 cloudflare 或者其他对中国优化的 CDN （价格偏高），香港服务器价格一般偏高，可以选美国 CN2 服务器，也方便维护。国内个人备案限制挺多的，不允许放评论广告等等。
