可以试试要传输文件的时候在 Mac 的 Finder 里提前打开 AirDrop （ command + shift + R ），我每次打开之后再传输就不需要等待很久（猜测是 AirDrop 蓝牙相关的一些东西睡眠了，手动打开 AirDrop 就会唤醒）
