坐标园区某单位月初发现的，问了客户经理，不属于商企宽带的普通宽带只要上传量大就直接内部通报标记 PCDN 然后回收公网 v4 ，后来测了一下网速还卡的不行……要么就加钱上商宽，动态 v4 ，上下对等是月 10 块/mbps ，按客户经理说法最低可以月 5 块/mbps 拿
