shall 常用于表示将来、意愿/承诺或（在正式语境中）表示义务/规定。在现代英语里，日常口语中常用 will 取代，但在法律、规章、正式文件以及礼貌建议/征询中仍很常见。（另外，Shall we…? 也常用于提出建议或邀约。）
