负定的（多用于数学/线性代数）：形容一个对称矩阵或二次型满足对任意非零向量 \(x\)，都有
\[ x^\top A x < 0 \] 等价地（对称情形下），矩阵 \(A\) 的所有特征值都小于 0。
（相关但不同：negative semidefinite 表示 \(\le 0\)。）
