（美式用法常见）医疗代理人；医疗照护代理授权：当你因昏迷、失智或其他原因无法自行做医疗决定时，由你事先指定的某个人代表你与医生沟通并作出治疗选择。常与“医疗授权书/预立医疗指示”等文件一起出现。（不同地区也常称 healthcare agent 或 medical power of attorney。）
