1 、生成一个 netwrok interface ，如 172.16.1.0/24,gw:172.16.1.254
2 、这个 subnet interface 的 tcp/udp 流量，指向 gw 的,可被封装转发到一个路由可达的 sock5 ，就像 NAT 那样。
3 、就像 NAT 那样实现
4 、ICMP,IGMP 那些就无所谓了。

生成接口就是 VPN 了，转发到 socks5 就是支持代理的 VPN ，gost 可以，基本上大多数 VPN 软件都可以
