有这种感觉，用 Chrome 在 YouTube 上看 4K 视频，按右方向键快进 5 秒，在 Windows 上很丝滑，但是在 Mac 上有 1 秒的卡顿。研究了一下不是网速的问题，感觉应该是解码慢了一拍。
