有些cdn不支持非标准端口的访问，但支持非标准端口回源。

@wzhpro cloudfront 不支持非标准端口的访问，但支持回源。

Cloudflare 支持的 HTTP 端口：80 ，8080 ，8880 ，2052 ，2082 ，2086 ，2095 。
Cloudflare 支持的 HTTPS 端口：443 ，2053 ，2083 ，2087 ，2096 ，8443 。
