莫名其妙地被删除了账号，发 ticket 也被删，问了在线客服才知道。

I can't login to my account and sent two tickets to you. But they were gone.
Unfortunately we can do our business from January to the following countries:
China, Cuba, Iran, Myanmar, North Korea, Sudan and Syria.
I have an order in my account.
If your home or business reside in any of these countries, your service will be denied from Jan 1, 2014.
Well, what sorts of order? SSL Certificate I guess.
If you do have any active SSL from here, it will work fine. And will be end at billing period.
However you cant request us for any renewal/reissue for SSL certs.
Why did you delete my tickets and didn't tell me?
Unfortunately support team are not allowed to provide support for this country clients. You may get 24/7 support from Livechat or, Phone only.
