今天想用 planetscale 学一下 py 和 mysql 发现现在创建 hobby 项目都必须要添加 payment 了 必须得先添加信用卡支付了
Google 了半天没发现有这新闻和信息 不过前几天我用还是没问题的
也许是邮箱问题还是中国地区问题？ V 友们有这问题嘛
提示如下：
please add a credit or debit card to this organization
In order to prevent fraud, PlanetScale requires a valid payment method to create databases. You will not be charged unless you create a Scaler or Scaler Pro database.

刚刚试了，确实是没 Payment 无法创建了。
