想安装个Project Babel1 呢
可是怎么也安装不好
网上所有的教程都引用

但是这个网页早不存在了

所以开发者能给个详细的安装说明吗？

因为的project-babel-v0.6的根目录下
竟然还有一个htdocs目录

搞不懂这2个主目录什么作用
而且htdocs下还没看到index.php

非常的疑问
