1. 面向低延迟的 FPGA 加速方案设计和实现
2. 根据需求进行 FPGA 选型和设计
3. 负责 FPGA 逻辑设计、仿真和调试
4. 负责 FPGA 加速方案上线后的运维

职位要求
1. 熟悉 Xilinx 或 Intel 的 FPGA 和开发工具
2. 熟悉 SystemVerilog 或 Verilog 语言，掌握 FPGA 开发、验证和时序优化技巧
3. 聪明好学，积极主动，有自驱力

加分项：
1. 熟悉 HLS 开发方式
