我在使用 reader 时，经常遇到 web/iphone/ipad 多端无法同步的问题，试过都开（都不开）梯子，依然无法同步，只有清除 cookies 重新登陆后才能同步，环境是 macos 13.1,想问问有朋友有遇到类似问题并解决了吗，如果无法解决的话可能要考虑换个稍后读软件了，顺便问问大家有没有推荐的（ readwise reader 最吸引我的是 web 端丰富的快捷键、与 readwise 的无缝联动和 rss 功能）
