justmysocks 升级套餐账单给了负数啥意思？

之前是传家宝 100 的套餐流量越来越不够用了，今天升级了 500 套餐，结果也没让付款，还出现了个负数，没有付款直接升级成功了，咋回事？是 bug 吗？
