不算中间人攻击吧，因为不需要安装证书，这个应该就是改了下路由。因为没有中间人攻击，ucloud 连缓存都做不了，也不知道你 clone 了哪些东西。不过不知道这个算不算非法建立境外通信，而且担心 GitHub 屏蔽代理服务器的 IP （ rate limit ）

可以看官网，有介绍，对一定的国外网站有加速（其实就是 sniproxy ）
