分享一个能在 KDE 标题栏显示 global menu 的工具

KDE 要显示 global menu, 之前一直是加一个 menu panel 到顶部，今天突然想到，能不能像 windows 的 vscode/idea 那样，把菜单显示到标题栏呢？一搜还真有，效果：

存在的问题：

无法通过快捷键触发菜单
Alt 键不会突出助记字母

这个是有个 PR 想要要合进主线，但似乎团队想要用别的方式去实现：

KWin should include a full support of dbus menu protocol, then KDecoration should expose a new API needed for the menu and only after that decorations should get a support for the menu using this API.
