首先我是前美亚老用户，用国内信用卡买过实物海淘转运，也买过电子书，账单地址和信用卡预留地址一致，之前交易一直成功。
2020 年的某一天，买电子书时突然被封号，要求提供信用卡账单、账单姓名、地址和电话，我按照要求依次发过电子账单、书面账单、自己手动英文翻译版账单，和美亚客服电话沟通过，全部无效，回复给我的邮件全是如下模板。

Please reply to this message and attach a recent billing statement for this payment card. Please ensure the following are visible:

账号被封后，看不到自己的购买内容，之前买过的电子书全部报废，和黑卡用户一个待遇，而且据说美亚会连带封 ip 、mac 地址等等，再注册也会被封，当然我也懒得再去试了，全面转向某 z 字头网站了。
