你需要 install,那么就说明你 pom 写的有问题,正常情况当然是不需要 install

假如你有多个 maven 子项目，
那么理论上，你的其中一个子项目没有被修改，那么不用重新编译。 只需要编译你改动的代码，如楼上所说，是你的问题 |
