M1 MAX 版 mpb Monterey12.1 连 airpods 音质变差

    应该是编码自动切换了。但是我在声音设置中切换麦克风输入源为内建后会自动切换为 airpods ，然后多点几下“输入”“输出”tab 有时候就能把编码切回 acc 。
    然后用了麦克风，比如微信语音后又开始抽风怎么切都切不回来。
    有没有人遇到同样问题，有什么解决方案？
