就是这两个路由端口上配了个内网 ip 互相连起来了呗，网关设备上挺常见的
不要掉入公网路由上就必须全是公网 ip 的误区 |

可能只是这一跳路由的这个接口上正好同时配了个内网 IP ，然后被作为 ICMP Hop limit exceeded 消息的源地址回给你
