探讨(请教)关于服务器端插件技术

最近开始琢磨服务器端插件功能的实现,有一个叫smartfoxserver的socket服务器程序,它可以实现在服务器端添加插件(jar包和配置文件),实现功能的更新,自己也想做一个这样的东西,只知道可以将编译好的文件热部署到服务器,但是具体更多的细节还是很模糊
