macos 搜索不到文件

    command + 空格 、alfred 、finder 中搜索

    这次是代码生成器生成的文件找不到（一开始 finder 找出来的还是被删除的文件，废纸篓清空后彻底找不到）

    以前是放很久的老文件找不到

    有时重建索引可以解决，有时无效

    新老 mac 都遇到过
