太正常了，这个清华的源很不稳定，以前用它做pypi proxy 的 fallback经常挂掉。试试豆瓣的源吧，
使用这么久来既快又稳定 |

速度确实杠杠的，常常是秒下包。但是挂的频率…唉…不过想想这货上面跑着n个开源的源就释然了
