主要是考虑自用，所以目前也没有什么使用说明。不知道怎么用的时候用 command --help 看就行了。安装完之后有如下几个命令：
py-dns：可指定 DNS 服务器的 DNS 查询py-whois：自带文件缓存的 Whois 查询py-ping：纯 Python 实现的 Ping 命令py-tcping：可使用网络代理的 TCP 连通性和延迟测试命令
