wsgiref不是标准库里的吗？为什么pip freeze能看见它？既然能看见，能不能单独升级安装？或者说pypi里是否提供wsgiref？

@xuwenbao --local显示的只有virtualenv里后来安装的包，确实是没有wsgiref的。不过又带来另一个问题：在virtualenv带了 no site packages 标志的情况下，为什么python能找到wsgiref的路径呢？
