We are seeking a Paid Ads Specialist to support our growing business needs. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and helping manage paid campaigns. You must have experience in managing, optimizing, and scaling Google Ads with knowledge of LinkedIn and Facebook Ads.
What You Will Do:
Develop and execute paid social campaigns, including but not limited to account setup, strategy development, organization and management
Ongoing use of reporting, analytics and trend tools for weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting
Research keywords, market trends, and competition to ensure Hiretual is competitive in the market
Campaign set up and management - target development, creative testing, bid and budget management and optimizations

Bachelor's Degree Required
Google AdWords: 1 year (Requirent and Analytics skills ）
Systems and strategy background
