浙江移动不能访问 github.io 吗？我用流量的话，联通的卡也不能访问，有点烦

github.io 和 githubusercontent.com 都被污染到了 0.0.0.0/127.0.0.1

你去随便找个在线全国 Ping 网站测试一下就会发现，部分地区被解析为 127.0.0.1 或 ::1 了。
你先本地 Ping 一下看看是不是 DNS 解析的问题。

github.io 很早就被移动关键词拦截了，https 可破。当然部分区域带 dns 污染的除外
