mac os 的自动切换主题是根据 night shift 来的，如果我要一直打开 night shift 那么就一直是暗色主题，如果 night shift 调整为根据日落日出，那么 ngiht shift 在自动关闭或者打开的时候，主题才会自动切换，如果是关闭状态，还需要手动去设置中打开。
有没有啥好办法可以一直打开 night shift，并且主题会自动切换呢。
