Should I go for AWS lightsail server of managed AWS server?

I have an ecommerce store which is created on Magento framework. I am looking for the right hosting option. I know AWS is among the top 3 hosting providers available in the industry and does provides great magento website hosting experience. However, I am confused whether I go for the AWS lightsail server or for the managed AWS server which is managed by Cloudways.

lightsail cpu 积分制，稳定性很差

you can use digitalocean instead, high iops.
