想问下普通笔记本的光驱位是不是都可以改造成硬盘位？

笔记本是2011年的，现在想把原来的硬盘换成SSD，但是有点小，因此想反光驱拆下来，在原来光驱的位置上放上自带的SATA接口自带硬盘。

网上看过一些帖子，现在想问下，是不是光驱位都可以改造成放硬盘的地方？？？

貌似光驱接口与硬盘接口不一致。
这是拆下来的硬盘：

下面这张图是要安装的硬盘及接口：

硬盘那个接口是STAT2接口么？
要把硬盘安装到光驱那个位置，我是不是应该还要买个“笔记本光驱位硬盘托架”？？？

我也这么干的。hdd放光驱位，windows在里面。ssd放硬盘位，Linux。。
正想转主力系统。
