别的就不多说了，就Git一项
调用的是我装的msysgit，
本来我为msysgit设置半天中文，push到github上history里面中文正常，但是首页显示的那个commit中文就乱码了
换到pycharm，先把msysgit里面的那些中文设置都给删掉，直接commit中文，完美。。
