关于 pycharm/idea 中的 File Encoding, Global Encoding 和 Project Encoding 的疑问

关于 pycharm/idea 中的 File Encoding, 我只指定了 Global Encoding 为 UTF-8, 但 Project Encoding 还是系统默认 GBK, 不是说 Project Encoding 优于 Global Encoding 么, 为啥我创建的新的 python 文件默认是 UTF-8 编码, 而不是 GBK

当然我需要的是 UTF-8 而不是 GBK

网上都是说把那三个都设为 utf-8, 但是我没设好像也没问题
