Mac 下如何删除 u 盘隐藏分区恢复 u 盘容量

昨天给家里人装了台电脑，用了哥 64g u 盘做了启动盘装了 win10，现在 mac 下格式化 exfat 格式的 u 盘只剩下 34g 了，网上搜了下有在 windows 命令行下删除分区恢复 u 盘容量的方法。但现在手上只有 Macbook，哪位大神知道怎么在 mac 下恢复 u 盘容量呢？

自己研究了下通过 mac 自带的磁盘工具已解决。。。
