公司有在用 Azure 的服务，就抽空研究了下 Azure 的 Cognitive Services，随手把接口搭起来撸了个小程序。微软这个神经网络接口收费貌似还不低，现在没什么用户先免费用吧，如果以后用户多了再考虑付费。

@luojianxhlxt 每个月前 50 次是免费的，而且这个服务 Azure 也是需要收费的。
