之前还没正式推出 HTTP/2 的时候，NGINX 就早早的开始支持 SPDY 了，现在 HTTP/3 都推出了，NGINX 连 QUIC 都不支持，可恶的是还放鸽子，因为早在去年 NGINX 就说会在 1.17 版本支持 HTTP/3，现在 1.18 版本都出来了，结果连影子都没有……
