    windows 系统，安装DNSCrypt后，DNS设置为127.0.0.1，经常会被清空，猜测是一受到干扰后就会清空？

    有什么好用的脚本可以监测本地DNS么，检查地址127.0.0.1，若错自动修改，若空自动填写，并且不影响DNSCrypt数据
