根据 apple 的指北，先完全用完电，再空置放电（具体时间忘了），重新充电

tlp 不是有这个功能吗？不过我好久没用了，sudo tlp recalibrate 就可以直接最高强制耗完电，你可以挂着等电量耗干净自动关机，然后在关机状态下充满电，开机再测一下。

校对电池无非就是两个步骤，放电，满电，反复次数不一样罢了，所以最好是关机状态下充满电。
工具只是辅助让系统记住应该正确的电池状态，如果电池确实老化那也是没办法的，一般校对电池是用在系统显示的电量与实际表现不符，比方说明明看起来还有 10%~20%，突然就自动关机了这种。 它不会让你的电池变好。 |

gbcbooks OP @saytesnake 那不插 AC, 正常使用,耗满电量, 也是可以的吧. 不一定要使用 power-calibrate
