刚刚收到 GitHub Actions 构建出错的邮件，重新触发，发现卡在 npm install 了，等了八九分钟还没安装好，最后报 429 错误码

我最开始看 https://status.npmjs.org/# 的时候还没有消息，刚刚又看了一下有通知确认出问题了
