电信很多地区都不行，移动的可以访问，但移动的下载 Github Release 基本不行

host 不变，建议 IP 换成：151.101.0.133 、151.101.64.133 、151.101.128.133 、151.101.192.133
这些是 Fastly 全球 Anycast 节点，来自 dig camo.githubusercontent.com @8.8.8.8

上海电信，github pull 项目很慢，只有十几 k。挂上梯子舒舒服服。
梯子已经变成刚需了。
