请问有在 MacBook 上使用 Google calendar 作为默认日历账户的吗？

偏好设置-提醒-“尽在这台电脑上使用这些默认提醒”是灰色的，改不掉

导致在 MacBook 上新建一个日程时，提醒时间都同步不到网页版和手机上。以前都是把这个当预设值，现在就真的只是有本地了。。。

之前用 iPhone 没觉得问题，最近换安卓结果就没有提醒了，很抓狂。。。
